Merry Christmas!

We've had a very busy month! We started off the Christmas season by cutting down our tree at Shell's Christmas Tree Farm. We've been going there for several years and I love all they have to offer...hayrides, hot coco, and of course..Santa! This year Ellis didn't want to talk to him. Maybe next year.

We also had our Christmas program at church. We've been working on the music for several months. We would practice Monday & Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 and then Sunday from 5:00-6:00. Lots of people became Christians & many more rededications! All the hard work definitely paid off!

Last weekend Andrew took Ellis and I to the Opryland Hotel for a fun weekend. We ate at the Aquarium & the Rainforest Cafe. We also had fun looking at the lights. Ellis had the best time on the shuttle going to the mall...go figure!?! Of course we can't have a trip without her getting carsick on the way home. Because of this the Disney trip is on hold.

We had her Christmas party at school today and her music party this past Tuesday. We're definitely ready for things to calm down.

She's grown up a lot this month. She's pretty much potty trained (only issue is #2) & has given up her pacifier. This was really hard for me, not because it meant that she's not a baby anymore...I just like to shut her up every now and then. That's the only thing that calms her down.

I'm sure I'm forgetting something, hopefully once we get a new computer I can update more often.

I hope you all have a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!
