Christmas Morning!!!

We had a wonderful Christmas this year. Ellis was at the perfect age to really enjoy the season. She was really excited about all the Christmas decorations. She doesn't seem to understand why everybody has put all of them away. It's a daily conversation for us to explain why the neighbors decorations aren't up anymore.

Christmas morning was different for us this year. We didn't have to go anywhere so we stayed in our p.j.'s for a long time & played with all her gifts. Usually we hit the ground running on Christmas morning.

We were able to spend time with all our family this year. Andrew's brother & sister-in-law came up from Tuscaloosa with their boys, Ray & Jack. Ellis had a great time playing with the boys. She and Ray love each other so much. I love watching them play together. My brother & his wife came in for a day or two. I hate they couldn't stay any longer. We were also able to spend time with my dad's family in Athens & my mom's family in Decatur. We started the Christmas festivities on the 22nd and the last party was on the 26th. Lots of fun...but a lot in a short amount of time.

Luckily we don't have to worry about the holiday blues...we have a month full of birthdays to celebrate! Here are a few pictures from the holidays.
