First Day of School

Ellis had her first day of preschool this week. She goes to a Day School from 9-1 every Tuesday. This program only lasts until July 1, but she'll start going 2 days a week this fall.
I was a little nervous about dropping her off, but she did just fine. I can see where mothers have a hard time keeping it together when they drop their toddler off for the first time, but I did fine. I kept saying to myself...this is good for her...this is good for her! It's just hard to trust a complete stranger with your child. The only unnerving thing was when I picked her up she was screaming & crying. The teacher said that she fell down while the kids were singing & dancing & she also said that this was the first time she'd cried all day long. I think the teacher was more upset about it than I was. I knew she was fine, it just makes you wonder if she'd been like that all day long.
