Thyroid Surgery

It's all over! My surgery went great this morning! I had to be there at 5, surgery was at 7, and we left by 10. They ended up removing all of my right thyroid instead of just a section of it. I still have my left thyroid, so I shouldn't need any medication. Best news of all...it wasn't cancer! Thank you Lord! Other than a sore neck and muscle cramps, I'm fine. I'm supposed to go back in 2 weeks for a check-up. Thanks to everyone for all your prayers! Prayer works!
