Update

I got my thyroid biopsy results back last Thursday, and it came back as inconclusive. The Pathologist said that he found "clusters of follicular cells consistent with follicular neoplasm." I'm not really sure what that means exactly, but I've been researching it.

My plans are to go talk to the surgeon on Tuesday to see if he'll refer me to the Kirklin Clinic. I've currently had all the tests I can have, so... as far as I know the plans are to take the nodule out and test it for cancer. I would much rather have that done in B'ham than here. If it is cancer it's very slow-growing and curable, so no worries!
